At Haydena, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our return and exchange policy carefully as it applies to both online and in-store purchases.

SALE and 'On Offer' Items:
All SALE and 'on offer' items are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. -
Non-SALE Items:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase due to a defect, you may return it within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange.
Exchange Conditions:
We are happy to offer exchanges if the following conditions are met:
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed.
- All tags must be attached.
- Merchandise should be returned in a single package.
Important Notes:
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different size, subject to stock availability.
- Returns sent separately from the original order may be refused.
- Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
